Joe Keenan is the executive editor of Total Retail. In addition to writing cover stories and features for the print magazine, Joe oversees The ROI Report, the publication’s e-newsletter. He’s also the senior editor for the Target Marketing Group’s web-only brand, eM+C, and has contributed articles for fellow Target Marketing Group publications Book Business and Publishing Executive magazines. Previously, he served as senior editor at Reed Technology & Information Services for five years, and also worked as a sportswriter for Montgomery Newspapers.
