Helen Vaid is the Chief Customer Officer of Pizza Hut. In this role, Helen oversees the transformation of the Pizza Hut in-restaurant and digital customer experience. In addition to these responsibilities, Helen leads the international e-commerce, technology and operations business for Pizza Hut. Prior to this position, Helen was the vice president, digital store operations & experience at Wal-Mart. Based in San Francisco, Helen was responsible for the growth, profitability, traffic growth and conversion of the second largest U.S. online retailer site. Prior to Wal-Mart, Helen was the general manager at Snapfish, a global web-based photo-sharing and photo printing service company.
