Andy Solomon is the CEO of Sole Society, a leading lifestyle brand of designer, on-trend women’s shoes, handbags and accessories. Sole Society caters to smart, savvy consumers offering curated content and exclusive styles at an accessible price point.

Solomon was part of the founding Sole Society team while he served as senior vice president and general manager of leading flash-sale fashion site HauteLook. He spearheaded Sole Society’s spinoff from HauteLook after Nordstrom acquired it in 2011. The company has since experienced annual growth in excess of 100 percent and has expanded distribution into 80 Nordstrom stores as well as on Nordstrom.com and QVC.

With over 25 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, operations and marketing, Solomon has launched, led and operated a number of internet and e-commerce related businesses. He began his career in sales and marketing at Xerox Corp. and PepsiCo, where he ran marketing for Taco Bell for the Western United States.

Solomon earned his M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA and his B.A. from Hamilton College. He resides in Hermosa Beach, California.
