Solomon Choi is an entrepreneur, advisor, investor with a background in hospitality management, marketing, operations, retail and restaurant concept creation, franchising, and brand strategy.

In 2008, He founded 16 Handles, New York City’s first self serve frozen yogurt shop. Using his background in growing restaurant chains in the restaurant industry, his new restaurant concept would become the segment leader in NYC and grow to over 40 locations internationally.

The 16 Handles approach to business incorporates new business development, menu development, and a lifestyle focus for the millennial consumer. Current goals are to expand 16 Handles concept nationally and internationally into the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.

Solomon spends much of his free time speaking in front of students, entrepreneurs and organizations in the US and Globally (Saudi Arabia, Korea) and advising startups in the F&B space that are looking to scale and become best in class brands in both domestic and international marketplaces.
